4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your computer and account
- All activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the artwork and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including mockup templates, design elements, and software, is owned by MockupPlacer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Generated Mockups: You own full rights to the mockups you generate using your own artwork. You may use them for any commercial or personal purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Upload content depicting illegal activities or promoting violence
- Upload, generate, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind
- Upload content depicting nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
7. Prohibited Content
MockupPlacer strictly prohibits the upload, creation, or distribution of any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise considered NSFW (Not Safe For Work). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Nudity or partial nudity intended to be sexually provocative
- Depictions of sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses
- Pornographic imagery, illustrations, or graphics of any kind
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Adult-oriented or erotic content, including artwork and designs
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without notice and to terminate the accounts of users who upload prohibited content. Violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Subscription and Payments
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (LemonSqueezy).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price increase.
9. Usage Limits
Each subscription tier includes a specific number of mockup downloads per month. Unused downloads do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your limit, you may upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MOCKUPPLACER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
