MockupPlacer is committed to providing a safe, professional platform for creators. This policy outlines what content is and is not permitted when using our service.

Acceptable Use

MockupPlacer is designed for creating professional product mockups for:

  • E-commerce listings (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Print-on-demand product photos
  • Portfolio and showcase websites
  • Social media marketing
  • Client presentations and proposals

All generated mockups can be used commercially without additional licensing fees.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not permitted on MockupPlacer:

  • NSFW / Adult content — sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented imagery
  • Hate speech or symbols — content promoting racism, discrimination, or hatred
  • Violence — graphic violence, gore, or content promoting harm
  • Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, including counterfeit goods or copyright-infringing material
  • Drug or weapons promotion — content promoting illegal drugs or weapons
  • Harassment or abuse — content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals

Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork you upload is either your own original creation, properly licensed, or falls under fair use. MockupPlacer does not claim ownership of any content you upload or generate.

If you believe content generated using MockupPlacer infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@mockupplacer.com.

Data Handling

  • Uploaded artwork is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers
  • Generated mockup images are available for download during your session only
  • We do not use your uploaded images for training AI models or any purpose other than generating your mockups
  • Account data (email, subscription info) is stored securely and handled per our Privacy Policy

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this content policy. If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it to support@mockupplacer.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this content policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
